Return and Exchange Policy


Our policy states that we do not provide refunds for any items sold. Goods once sold can not be exchanged. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
However, if you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. The merchandise should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and tags. Please note that we cannot guarantee any exchanges returns, or replacements, but we may offer to repair the faulty item if possible. Keep in mind that the appearance of products on our website may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in colour between the actual product and the photos provided, including those on our website. These differences can arise due to variations in camera lighting and editing tools used during photography.
