At Torani, our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the design, customization requirements, and production schedule.

Domestic Shipping (India)
• A shipping charge of ₹500-₹1000 applies to all domestic orders unless otherwise specified.
• Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within the timeline mentioned on the product page.
• Made-to-order and customized products are dispatched within the production timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

International Shipping
• We ship worldwide.
• A standard international shipping charge of ₹15,000-₹25,000 applies per order unless otherwise specified.
• International orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Customs Duties & Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges levied by the destination country.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Order Tracking
• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays
• While we strive to adhere to the estimated timelines, delays due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
• Torani will not be liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Made-to-Order & Customized Orders
• Production timelines for made-to-order and customized garments vary by design and will be communicated before order confirmation.
•As all made-to-order and customized garments are crafted specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return once production has commenced.
