If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. All our pieces are handcrafted in house at our studio. We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light giving colors truest and nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product.
We ship worldwide! For international orders shipping will be added to your total at the checkout. Shipping charges may vary with location and order value.
Every piece is handcrafted at the studio and goes through multiple processes before we are able to create the perfect piece for you. Usually, the time frame will be anytime between 20-25 business working days. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number on request. For additional information you can email us at email@example.com with our order number.
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
