ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the rights to accept or reject orders placed through our site. We try our utmost best to provide premium quality products to you. In case of cancellation requests, as a part of our policy, the orders once placed can neither be cancelled/exchanged, nor be refunded, as they are exclusively crafted on a made-to-order basis.

SIZING

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our size chart to select the one that suits you the best.

COLOURS & DISPLAY

While we have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of any colour on your monitor or screen’s display, as computer monitors and screens of different electronic devices vary. Furthermore, colours might vary in pictures than actual products, owing to the lighting or the editing tools used during photography/editing.

DELIVERY

Products will be delivered within 30-60 days, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on care@torani.in. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the following on time:

1. Complete payment of the order

2. Correct/accurate address details

3. Accurate measurements

4. Proper response & communication from client’s end

Please note, we try our best to ensure that the product reaches you within time. In order to hasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, we will not be held responsible in case of any delay from a third-party.

SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within & outside of India is chargeable. However, shipping charges may vary with location and order value.

Please Note: For international orders, we exclusively ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. 

As the recipient, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
