What if I order multiple products?
If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the ordered products will be shipped as one shipment, once all of them are ready. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
All our pieces are handcrafted at our studio.
We ensure that our pieces are shot in standard light, making the colors truest and nearest to our pieces. However, due to the intricacy of work involved in our pieces there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your screen and the actual product. SHIPPING
Do you deliver outside of India?
We ship worldwide! For international orders, shipping will be added to your total amount at the checkout. Shipping charges may vary with location and order value.
Please Note: For international orders, we exclusively ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
What is your delivery timeline?
Every piece is handcrafted at the studio and goes through multiple procedures before we have the perfect piece ready for you. Usually, the timeline will be anytime between 20-25 business days. How do I track my order?
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number on request. For additional information you can email us at orders@torani.in with your order number.
CANCELLATION
What if I want any changes or want to cancel an existing order?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Can I return my product?
Our garments are all on a made -to-order basis, specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our Terms and Conditions (TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Torani India) when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
